For one of the largest energy providers, we successfully digitalized the entire process of energy and gas acquisition for retail customers. The solution is fully digital, accessible through self-care portals and mobile devices, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
At the end of the acquisition journey, all contractual documentation is automatically generated, digitally signed, and securely archived. The offer details and signed contracts are then seamlessly integrated into the customer's SAP system and distributed to all relevant parties, including OTE (Operátor trhu s elektřinou).
The project was built using modern architectural principles and technologies, including a microservices architecture, React for the front-end, Java for the back-end, Kafka for real-time messaging, and Camunda BPM for orchestrating business processes. SAP systems were deeply integrated to ensure smooth operational continuity.
The project scope was substantial, amounting to over 4,000 man-days of development, design, and implementation effort. Our solution not only streamlined the acquisition process but also significantly reduced manual handling, increased operational efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
