Our work

Ministries and public offices are under pressure to simplify agendas, reduce waiting times, and enhance citizen services. As part of several transformation programs, we designed and delivered systems for agenda management, reservations, reporting, and AI implementation.

We developed a modern queue management system connected to a central reservation platform, developer portals, and an API Gateway to streamline business integration. This included the deployment of multilingual AI assistants (chatbot/voicebot) and a robust data architecture for managing system performance. The result is a more accessible public administration and increased efficiency for thousands of civil servants.
