Unified Data Foundation and Reporting

For a major utility company, we designed a unified data foundation and both operational and analytical data warehouses. The goal was to unify reporting, improve data quality, and provide real-time access to management data.

The solution includes a data lakehouse on Azure Databricks, integration via Kafka, and standardized data entities using a Logical Data Model. The project significantly improved transparency and the quality of decision-making.
